About me

  • One-to-one counselling and coaching (young people & adults)

  • Group therapy and psychoeducation (wellbeing, mindfulness, emotional regulation)

  • Trauma counselling (personal and workplace-related)

  • Substance misuse and recovery-focused interventions

  • Safeguarding, risk assessment, and multi-agency working

  • School-based workshops on drugs, alcohol, and mental health

  • Supporting families affected by substance use (“hidden harm”)

Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with individuals navigating emotional regulation difficulties, trauma, addiction, identity challenges, low self-esteem, and complex life circumstances.

I have extensive experience supporting children and adolescents, including those with additional needs, those considered at risk, and those impacted by substance use within their families.

I currently work as a Substance Misuse Counsellor within a residential rehabilitation setting, delivering one-to-one therapy, group therapy, and psychoeducational wellbeing sessions. This includes risk assessment, safety planning, and recovery-focused work using evidence-based psychological approaches.

Previously, I’ve worked across local authority, charity, and community services in London, in roles including counsellor, young people’s substance misuse practitioner, CYP and family worker, youth coach, and trauma counsellor.

Earlier in my career, I also worked as an ABA therapist, private tutor, nanny, and education support worker, which gave me a strong foundation in child development, behaviour, emotional needs, and building trust with young people and families.

My approach is integrative and trauma-informed. My work is about creating safety, clarity, and practical tools so you can meet yourself with honesty and compassion.

I work in a way that is:

  • Trauma-informed - prioritising safety, choice, and pacing

  • Relational - building trust and genuine connection

  • Integrative - blending therapeutic depth with practical tools

  • Culturally aware and non-judgemental

  • Strengths-based - focusing on resilience, not just difficulties.

How I Work
My Experience

Supporting your mental health journey with warmth, care, and a listening ear.

I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative rather than clinical, a space where people feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered, rather than judged or “fixed”. The core of everything I do is this belief:
'Your relationship with yourself shapes everything'

Whether someone is seeking counselling, wellbeing support, or coaching, my aim is to help them better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and feel more grounded and confident in their lives.

I’m an integrative counsellor and wellbeing coach with over 10 years of experience supporting children, young people, and adults across therapeutic, educational, community, and recovery settings.

I’m a registered member of the BACP and hold a Master’s degree in Integrative Counselling and Coaching. My work is rooted in compassion, safety, and practical support — meeting people where they are and helping them move forward at a pace that feels right for them.
