PC is where counselling and coaching come together. Sometimes life gets heavy, and it helps to talk. It’s about being heard without judgement, and slowly making sense of things so you can feel more in control again.

The Mental Diet is a guided 7-day experience focused on developing awareness of your inner dialogue. Over the course of the week, you'll learn to observe, track, and manage negative thought patterns that may be shaping your emotional world — often without your awareness.
This is designed to support you in grounding, clearing emotional clutter, and reconnecting with your inner self — before stepping into therapy.
Group Therapy
Being amongst others can be a very useful tool in therapy.Our group therapy sessions offer a space to connect with others, share openly, and grow together.
